In the U.S.A. the basic postage rate is $3.85 for Priority Mail plus $1.50 for handling.

calculated above to cover the slightly higher airmail postage costs. (All
prices are US$, and payment must be made in U.S. funds. Canadian checks
made noted as "US Funds" are usually okay.)

Domestic Shipping Method. All orders in the U.S. are sent by Priority Mail, which generally takes 2-3 business days. (Orders to Canada are sent by airmail.) We find that this is the most reliable method of shipment from our location. And we do ship FedEx overnight and 2nd day.
